By accessing and using DOVA Manufacturing Management System ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
DOVA is a cloud-based manufacturing execution system (MES) that provides real-time production tracking, work order management, OEE analytics, downtime tracking, and comprehensive manufacturing insights for organizations and their facilities.
To access our Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide information about yourself such as your name, email address, and other contact details. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DOVA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
DOVA offers a 3-month free trial period for new organizations. During this trial period, you have access to all features of the Service. No payment information is required during signup, but you may need to provide payment details before the trial expires to continue using the Service.
We take your privacy seriously. Your production data, work orders, and other business information are securely stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
You retain all rights to your data. DOVA will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
DOVA operates as a multi-tenant system where each organization's data is logically separated and secured through row-level security policies. Your organization's data is not accessible by other organizations using the Service.
The Service includes hierarchical role-based access control with roles including Company Admin, Location Manager, Supervisor, Operator, and Viewer. Each role has different permission levels, and it is your responsibility to assign appropriate roles to users within your organization.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DOVA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data.
In no event shall DOVA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DOVA is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
